If I read my chart right this is:

Idefix and Ariane 42B

BRIGHTNESS: 2 (like stars in the Big Dipper)
The R/B designation means this is a rocket body. However, this rocket body still has a couple of satellites attached to it! It was Launched May 3, 2002 from Kourou, French Guiana. The two picosats, designed and built by AMSAT-France, were battery powered and estimated to operate for approximately 40 days. They remain fastened to the Ariane 4 third stage with an orbit of 800 km.
