Wide-angle view of Cassiopeia with M31 and the Milky Way

I was waiting for a Delta Aquarid Meteor with the Queen and the Princess. Cassiopeia, the Queen and Andromeda, the Princess are seen in this wide angle view. Cassiopeia is the constellation of bright stars to the left and Andromeda is the galaxy to the right. The Andromeda Galaxy is 2.5 million light years away. It is the nearest galaxy to our own Milky Way and some think the two will someday collide. Part of our own Milky Way is seen to the far left of Cassiopeia. Although many meteors were seen this night (July 27, 2012) most avoided this area of the sky.
