Cederblad 214 is a large emission nebula in
Cepheus and near the border of Constellations Cassiopeia and Cepheus.
It is part of a complex that also includes a fainter, arch-like nebulous
expanse known as NGC7822 (outside of this FOV). This image was taken
using a Takahashi FSQ106ED air-spaced refractor at F/3.65 and a
QSI583wsg CCD camera. It is a total of nine hours of exposure using
narrowband Ha, Olll, and Sll filters. The image uses a modified HST Palette applying a process outlined by Bob Franke.
