NGC 4725

The one-armed spiral galaxy NGC4725 (along with NGC4712 at the bottom of the image).  8.3 hours total exposure through the 12" LX200R (ACF) scope on a Paramount ME.  Taken with an STL-11000M camera and Custom Scientific filters and AO-L adaptive optics in late May 2011 at Sierra Skies Observatory in northern California.
