A "detached" solar prominence on 6 Jun 2011

With the Sun providing a nice showing of solar prominences today, June 6, 2011, we were able to capture a nice shot of a "detached" prominence along with a nice surface prom.  In an attempt to "show off" the proms, we processed the image in false-color.

Acquisition: IC Capture.AS (Uncompressed AVI) @ 7.5fps
Processing: Registax 6: best 75% frames
Post-processing: Adobe Photoshop CS5
