Jupiter shines brightly at roughly magnitude -2.8 while framed by tall pines August 23, 2010. Io (closest to Jupiter) and Europa are visible.

Shot with Canon EOS 50D, tripod, remote release, f/5.6, 4 second exposure, outside of Rapid City, South Dakota, at roughly 9:30 p.m. MDT.
