This nebula also known as ESO 392-SC10 is located near the Scorpion's stinger in the southern constellation Scorpius.  It is easy to locate because of four seventh magnitude stars in a straight line near the center of the image. Just as in its neighboring NGC 6334 nebula, massive stars are born in NGC 6357.
