M81, M82, and supernova SN2014J

It was a rare break in the clouds here in Arizona when I went out to test a Baader field flattener on my f/4 AT8IN. Since it was only clear to the NE I decided I'd take the hint and target SN2014J. EOS T3, ISO1600, 15x70s thru variable high thin clouds. This image doesn't stack up against the award winning shots on this site but it does show acceptable results if you just get out and make do. I am pleased with the Baader field flattener & the f/4 Astro-Tech 8" imaging Newtonian. Looking forward to clear spring skies!
