Arp 150

Arp 150 (Hickson 95) consists of NGC 7609 (VV20/a, PGC 71076 and others) and PGC 71077 (VV 20b and others). The other two galaxies below that are part of Hickson 95 are MCG+01-59-048 (PGC 71080 and others) below and to the left and MCG+01-59-046 (PGC 71074 and others) to the right. Located in Pegasus, these are part of Arp’s “Galaxies with Jets” class.

Luminance – 24x600s – 240 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

360 minutes total exposure – 6 hours

Imaged over eight nights in November, 2017 and October 2nd, 2018 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
