A mosaic of The North America and Pelican Nebulae! These are hydrogen and oxygen emission nebulae in the constellation of Cygnus, close to Deneb or the tail of the swan. The shape of the North America Nebula can be seen by looking at the Gulf of Mexico, an area of dust in the middle, and Baja California on the left side of the image. This whole area is more than 4x the size of a full moon.
