IC 2574

IC 2574 (UGC 5666, Coddington’s Nebula and others) is an irregular dwarf galaxy located approximately 13 million light-years away in Ursa Major.

Luminance – 24x600s – 240 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 24x300s – 120 minutes each – binned 2x2

600 minutes total exposure – 10 hours

Imaged over seven nights in March and April, 2018 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
