IC 426 (Ced 55j, DG 61, LBN 921) is the odd-shaped nebula to the right of center. Some of the other smaller ones around it are also cataloged (DG 62, DG 63 and DG 65 from right to left).

van den berg 48 is the blue reflection nebula at the center of the image. It is illuminated by HIP 26494 (a triple star?).

The two blue nebula at the bottom left are DG 73 (LBN 927) and DG 71 (LBN 925).

This area is located right above the belt of Orion. The light shining up from the bottom right is from Epsilon Orionis, the center belt star.

Luminance – 12x600s – 120 minutes – binned 1x1
