IC 1871

IC 1871 is an emission nebula located in the head of the larger Soul Nebula IC 1848. It lies in the constellation Cassiopeia approximately 6500 Light years away. The image is a compilation of 50 hours of exposure through Ha, SII, and OIII narrowband filters.
