The Dumbbell Nebula (M27)

This is an image of M27 (The Dumbbell Nebula). It is also sometimes referred to as the Apple Core Nebula. It is a planetary nebula about 1400 light years away in the constellation Vulpecula.

Telescope: TEC-140 (F7)

Camera: SBIG ST-8300M

Mount: AP900 GTO

 Luminance: 18x20 minutes

Red: 8x15 minutes

Green: 8x15 minutes

Blue: 8x15 minutes
