A relative wide field view of the Swan Nebula area in the constellation of Sagittarius. M17 shines because energy radiation of young stars which are hidden in the nebula itself. The colour of the nebulas is reddish with some pink hue. Located at 5.000 light years away it spans over a region of 40 light years in diameter with a total mass of approximately 800 Suns. The image was taken form a relative dark site 100 miles away from Buenos Aires, Argentina, QSI 583 WS camera and a 6” Orion UK f5 Newtonian. Exposures times LHaRGB (30,20,20,20,20)
