Sunspot 1087 in h-alpha. Image was taken July 10, 2010 from the Patoka Lake Visitor's Center near Wickliffe, Indiana, where the Evansville Astronomical Society was providing programs on Astronomy and views through telescopes to the public. The image was taken with a Televue 102iis refractor, Coronado SM90 h-alpha filter, Imaging Source DMK41AU02.AS camera, on a Celestron CGEM mount.
