Partial lunar eclipse February 20, 2008

by Chris Raymond

The approaching partial lunar eclipse on June 26, 2010 - the first one visible from the contiguous U.S. since early 2008 - reminded me of this image, which I shot at the time. I've upgraded my photo equipment since then, so I'm looking forward to seeing how much better my new images can be.

Canon PowerShot S3 IS, tripod mounted, f3.5, 1/8 sec., Waukesha, WI
