This is a shot of the great Orion (diffuse) Nebula M42. it was taken 12-28-2008 from my backyard in South Bend Indiana. it was a 45 second prime focus shot taken through my Orion 80mm acromatic refractor on an Orio Skyview Pro mount that was rough polar aligned and unguided. I took it with a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT 350d.
