Image of comet Lulin taken February 22, 2009 from my light polluted back yard in Evansville, Indiana. Combined two images, one guiding on the comet and one guiding on the background stars. Images were taken with an Orion Starshoot Pro CCD camera through and Orion 190mm Maksutov Newtonian optical tube on a Losmandy G11 mount. Used an Orion 72mm Eon refractor as a guide scope with an Orion Starshoot autoguider. Each image consisted of a stack of five 5 minute exposures.
