About Mike White

Became hooked on amateur astronomy in January 2009 after purchasing a 5" Celestron newt. Attended my first ever star party later that month and caught the "aperture bug", from seeing too many large telescopes in one place. Now I own an Orion SkyQuest XT10 (10" dob) and have just finished making an EQ platform for it, which should help considerably with lunar/planetary imaging.
