About Alan
My name is Alan. I have been interested in astronomy most of my life and like many amatuers started my hobby with a cheap tasco scope my mother bought for christmas. I got frusterated with the hobby and got out of it for a while and eventually acquired a much better scope. I own a 5" bushnell newtonian on a german equatorial mount. I am also a member and president of the Central Wyoming Astronomical Society. A very very small club but I am doing everything in my power to make it a big one.
