    RAD Video Tools Help

Last night I managed to get some Web cam videos of Jupiter and the Lunar surface. I converted the Jupiter images with no problem using RAD Video tools. But then when I try to convert my lunar images it splits the frames. Sometime only horizontally and other time both horizontally and vertically. Almost like it is splitting the different color and luminance channels..

Any ideas or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    Re: RAD Video Tools Help

tim, have you tried the free file ultility version of handyavi?- if all you need is software to split up the AVI's and create new one's, this is an simple as it gets, it should work for both your planetary and lunar without any issues, nice thing about it is can overlap frames- like make a an AVI from 1-300, then another from frames 200-500 etc, this way youll keep the alignment centering for later stacking say in R4 or whatever- i never use the handiavi 'best frame' menu because it doesnt match up with others like R4 for stacking them, i got a the original basic version, a little hunting will show it up on the web someplace, i looked   into some rad programs for my DVvideo- but it got to confusing for me deciding which one was right
