    Hello all. I found this in Microsoft telescope and I wonder what is it?

    From the Source the DSS consortium is where this image originated, not only are there many instances of artifacts in the DSS archive but occasionally we see asteroid trails such as the one you posted.

    What you can do is go to the IRSA web site and enter those coordinates you will get a series of images in all the different wavelengths that it was taken in along with the time exposure durations for each wavelength that can be found in the FITS headers of each image.

    If its an artifact it will only appear in one wavelength, if it was an asteroid you will see it in the the R and B band even the IR band
