my digital camera takes vidoes in .mov file what do i need to covert it to a file that registax will exept ?

 Quick Time pro  ($15.00 I think) will convert them to AVIs. I tried a few free ones before and did not have very good luck. I ended up buying QT Pro.

Theres this free program http://www.virtualdub.org/ not sure if it does mov file,, but you can give it a try.

Rad Video tools is a free one and works great..

 Just open the file you want to convert and click convert and it does it automatically.  Then you can open the newly converted AVI in Registax to stack the individual frames.
