There's already a very good "classifieds" site where you can purchase used equipment. Astromart.com is popular, and a very nice source for affordable used equipment.

You can also mention your business in a Welcome note. Beyond that, though, the content of your posts should stick to the topics laid out by the forums and not go into any self-promotion that would lead to profit for your business.
