You don't want to be too top heavy. You would cry long and hard to see&amp;nbsp;that &amp;nbsp;beautiful instrument smashed on good old terra firma. Scary huh? A tripod is an absolute necessity. I recommend the Slik Pro 700 DX AMT. Adorama has them for $129.95 although they are out of stock at present. &lt;A href="http://www.adorama.com"&gt;www.adorama.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
