Go figure, right? But this ring is 300x Saturn's diameter.

That's just the edge of the eyepiece.
The huge ring of the Saturn is much bigger than the Saturn itself. If you can see the huge ring, maybe you can't see the Saturn clearly, it may only a small point.
The ring was imaged by Spitzer at 24 microns. Thats 24,000 nanometers, well beyond the range of most cameras.
