    Six months of Sun

     hello, let me share this picture using six months exposure time over a pinhole camera. we can see the paths of the Sun for this latitude, Ontalvilla del Tormo, Soria. Spain.

    cool, Now let me ask a Question. I just got my telescope its a vivitar 50600, What I would like is a filter to look at the sun to track Solar Flairs. I don't know what to get or where to go to buy one. would anyone know where to go to buy one or how to make one. Thanks Greg

    That is a nice image!

    But I have to ask, what is that in the foreground? looks like a wagon wheel for farm equipment.

    I thought for a moment when I first saw the title of the post that I was going to see the sun at the artic circle during the sumer months, but this was a pleasant surprise.
