    New tutorial about planetary imaging!

    Hello,

My name is Sebastien and I'm 21, I speak French and I live in Belgium.  So please forgive me for the mistakes I do on this post

My passion goes to planetary imaging with my Meade LX200 telescope and various cameras.  I've written a tutorial that enables you to process videos with the Iris software and I'd like to thank TeleNoob, Kevin Bozard, DaveMitsky and tkerr for their help in the translation of my web site and the following tutorial previously written in French.

Can you give your opinions about this tutorial and my website?  I'm sure that it remains some bugs, but also a lot of mistakes (all the texts weren't checked) or some sentences need to be rewritten in a better English so it would be great to say everything that need to be changed.

note: thanks to the help of TeleNoob you'll soon discover how to automatically process your planetary videos with the scripts in Iris.  Be patient ;-)

Here is the home page of my web site:

    http://www.skyimaging.com/

And the link to process your planetary videos:

Thanks a lot and clear skies

There are a few.Unfortunately these forums seem to be going through a stage again where 90% of the posts seem to be about someones obscure off the wall ideas of cosmology.

I'm always interested in ideas about planetary imaging and any new methods. I haven't read all the way through what you present yet, but I will. I notice you have been getting some visits, it takes time for word to spread.

     What a pity! :(

Thank you johnm, I look forward to your feedback :)

    johnm, are you still there?

Yes. I've been busy working on Solar Ha imaging and haven't even had time to go all the way through your tutorial.

I'm surprised there hasn't been any other replies to your initial post.

There used to be a number of planetary imagers who used this forum on a regular basis, but they don't seem to have been around much.

Maybe with your post at the top of the page again, someone will see it.

Thank you johnm, now I know you're still alive ;-)  Maybe it doesn't interest them...what a pity, I've spent so much time to translate this tutorial and my website in English :-(
