Hello astrogeeks

I have a problem. Whenever I try to insert a smiley into a post, I just get something like :) if 8-). The actual icon does not pop up. What's going on?

Strike that, I get something like :) OR 8-).

Can you see them as icons, or just text characters?

If you can see them as icons in this post, but not in your other posts, then how did you insert them? Click Edit on this post to see what they look like in the text.

I can see those two as icons, but when I'm typing a post, just text characters show up like this     or . As I'm typing they don't show up as actual icons. But I wonder if they do after you post?

Oh wait, I get it! the smileys only come out in actual posts, not on the typing page.

 They are all a little shy Kyle. That's why they take time coming out. If they don't come out right away, poke the smiley icon with a stick. Mr Q
