The Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) and Black Holes

     Just Wondering,

Since we have  little  data about Superfluids as demonstrated in BEC other than they slow down or stop light photons  I was wondering whether there was indeed a relationship between Superfluids i.e. nearly stationary atoms, and the observable information gathered from Black Holes ?

Perhaps superfluids do occur in nature but only within Black holes .

J.Gordon ! Yes they do have quantum similarities, however the black hole would have the additional relativistic gravitational quantum balance state. If such states could be established. This would bring in the gravity boson. Just think about it.

That is curious. Perhaps too curious to be a coincidence.

Thanks for that information. I wonder if anyone is working  on this. Hmm .

J.Gordon ! Oh Yea! I'm sure there are others working on this. It's just a matter of time until we see the facets of quantum states involving more of the other interactions bosons. Inertia is one of these states we are sort of aware of, however I'm sure there exist states, we will be able to create, and hold in it's point of equilibrium, that we have never seen before in our universe. Just in the gravity boson alone, there will be just so much to find. Sometime, while I have time, I just sit and try to picture what they could be, using analogies found in the photon boson. I like to sub time for charge and space for magnetic poles, and picture all sorts of variations and equilibriums etc.. I'm sure others do the same.

     Thanks Primordial for the posting,

I find it interesting that the base- or holding medium trying to create a macro-atom in BEC being a cross fire of relatively low wattage and rather cheap diode lasers.  Perhaps the inner workings of Black holes are extremely cold  and not obressively super hot.

Everyone apparently is using rubidium atoms so far .

One day we will know. Thanks again Primordial.

    J.Gordon ! Very true.
