USING THE PHILIPS SPC900NC/27 PROGRAM OR NOT HELP!

Anyone able to help? I have the Neximage program AMcap in my computer and the VLoung program that came with the Philips cam in it also. Which should I use for images? How would I set up VLounge program for taking images? I'm new to this and could use some help. I'm running Vista and had a time of it just getting the Philips to run using their Vista driver.

I just use the VLounge software that came with it. Here is a post by chipdatajeffb that would make a very good tutorial on setting the SPC for planetary images.

The settings he describes in that post are a great point to start with, however, I have also found that those setting are something you will have to experiment with sometimes depending on conditions in your area, and your telescope.
