Regarding these objects, do you believe that SOME of these contrails are actually chemtrails?

If so, who do you think is behind their generation (military, gvt., aliens, etc.)?

If you believe that at least some of the contrails are chemtrails, do you think your health is at risk? 

I believe that some are indeed chemtrails but the vast majority are not and because most are not, I don't worry about any health risks. What do you think  A curious Mr Q

 I am surprised that no one has responded to this thread.  Where I live chemtrails are sprayed almost everyday.  It's unusual to see any "real" clouds or blue sky.  There are the regular contrails that disappear shortly after being sprayed but the chemtrails are sprayed in grid lines, criss crossing one another.  These lines do not dissipate they linger for hours at a time and eventually attach to one another to form a "cloud".  I think the gov't has something to do with it.  Back in the forties( i think) the Army did something similar with out telling the public.  I have noticed that during heavy spraying peoples allergies flare up some are even sick every month unable to shake the "bug".  There are many theories behind this phenomenon.  Inoculations, population control, etc.

 Borg Queen - Congratulations on being the first reply!!! I was wondering why no responses since I posted  the same question on another astronomy forum site and got several responses that kind of turned into an argument thread on the subject.

    Very interesting how the groups of people on one forum site differ from others though we all share the same hobby interests. That's why I'm active in three sites. If I don't get an answer in one site, I'm sure to get one in another.

     The "best" theory I heard so far on the criss-cross patterns is that the contrails are seeded with reflective metals in a very fine powder form. This allows radio communications to refract off the artificial radio mirror (and also able to block signals) from more distant points that are normally not possible.

     Your comment on alergies may be well founded, since I heard somewhere that the metalic powder is so fine (microns in size) that inhaling it when it reaches the ground can cause severe lung health issues; the particles can pass through the lungs directly into the bloodstream. Otherwise, who realy knows what's in some of these "chemtrails" Mr Q

Wow, I've been wondering about chemtrails for awhile. I definately believe they're chem and not con. There is a clear difference. The military is surely responsible for them. I've pondered all the things they could be for as well. I like the innoculation theory, but wouldn't be surprised if it were for population control. The radio transmission idea is cool. We probably will never know. I point them out to people who never heard of chemtrails and they think I'm nuts, I may well be. But weeks later most of those people will tell they've changed thier minds after really noticing the grids and how they stay for entire afternoons and slowly meld into innocent looking wispy clouds......or we're all crazy.

 It amazes me that most people believe that the trails are clouds.  Since when are clouds in the shape of trails and grids?  I live in Vegas and we get sprayed on a weekly basis.  Sometimes we will see the blue sky but then about every two days the grids begin.  Some days the spraying lasts all day some days it's in the morning into afternoon.  I have been noticing that the lines are also starting to curve, clouds don't make right angles.  They've also been spraying at night just not so heavy.  The trails were brought to my attention last summer when someone felt uneasy about seeing an x above their house. 
I read online that the Army did something similar back in the 40's running some experiments on the population without informing them.
