    3 Mar. 2008 observing report

    alrighty guys. got out last night in the freezing cold of iowa for some observing. Totally worth it...

    got some pics of orion, pleadies, cassiopea, hyades. also got to see andromedia through some binos!!!!

    Hey, jr.astronomer1992.  Where in our great state are you located?  I'm down in the southeast corner south of Burlington.  It was very cold here last night too.

    Ankeny... about 30 mins north of Des Moines. Light still isnt too bad unless you look south... not origionally from Iowa. I just moved here last year from Michigan because of my dads job at Volkswagen. Now maybe Virginia within the next few months...
