    saturn 8th feb good seeing

Good conditions on the 8th, At last a somewhat tighter saturn for this year, conditions were terrible tonight 9th feb, i put my 10" newt and dfk on the orion nebula, i dont really think this camera is suited to his type of work, but was fun trying in my light polluted skys.Clearly a focal reducer is needed, Neil

    Thanks Guys

im fairly happy with the saturn shots,

the orion shot was just a bit of fun, the camera isnt really suited to it, there was no way to prevent star bloat and still see the gas cloud im afraid, but i dont normally try this sort of thing, so made a change.
