    I suppose vegetables are important, however we musn't forget fruit is equally important. So be sure to consume an adequate amount of strawberry daiquris, Vodka & OJs and Appletinis !

    Orest Kindrachuk was a Canadian born hockey player drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers from the Richmond Robins of the AHL. Kindrachuk was an integeral part of the Flyers two Stanley cup championships as a defensive minded center.
