on Monday, January 2, 2017

For my first astrphoto of the New Year, I present this evening’s crescent moon (January 1, 2017) overexposed to show the Earthshine.

Tech Specs: This is a single four second exposure at ISO 200 using a Meade LX90 12” telescope and Canon 6D camera mounted on a Celestron CGEM-DX mount. Imaging was done from Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
