This is a close-up view of the Pelican Nebula (IC 5070). It has its own designation of IC 5067.

This is a hybrid image taken with a 10 in. Teleskop-Service f/5 Newtonian.
Ha: 24 exposures at 7.5 min. using an ST-8300 with 12nm Astronomik Ha filter.
Color: 20 exposures at 5 min. using a modified Canon 650D (ISO 3200).

Note: the Ha and luminance channel from the color image were combined to create a master luminance layer that was combined with the color composite in Photoshop.
