The Propeller Nebula (DWB 111) in Cygnus

DWB 111 is also known as The Propeller Nebula in Cygnus. The propeller shape is actually a small portion of a much larger emission nebula, which can be seen as faint red hydrogen-alpha nebulosity throughout the image frame. The distance to the nebula is not known.

Telescope/Mount:Celestron Compustar C14 with Astro-Physics 0.75x focal reducer (f/8).
Camera: SBIG STL 11000 CCD camera with Baader Planetarium HaRGB filters. SBIG AO-L adaptive optics @ 4.5Hz.
Location: Pommier Observatory, Portland, OR, USA.
Dates: 2014-08-04 through 2014-08-24
Exposures: HaRGB=570:130:130:130 minutes=16 hours total exposure.
