PK164+31.1, also catalogued as Emberson-Jones 1, is a faint planetary nebula in Lynx. Like most planetary nebulas, this target represents successive expulsions of atmospheric shells from a dying star. The target was imaged from a dark-sky site near Anza, CA using a 12.5" PlaneWave scope and a QSI-640ws camera at f/8. The final image is a composite of H-alpha and LRGB with a total of 12.5 hours of data.
