The Flaming Star Nebula (IC 405)

IC405, aka the Flaming Star Nebula surrounds the blue star AE Aurigae and is a reflection/emission nebula in the constellation Auriga at a distance of ~1,500 light-years. This portion of the Flaming Star Nebula spans about 4 light-years. http://owlmountainobservatory.com/
