The Claw Nebula (Sharpless 2-157)

This is a picture of SH2-157, also known as, the Claw Nebula. It is an emission nebula in the constellation of Cassiopeia.

Date: October 14 and 20, 2011

Location: Rancho Hidalgo, NM

Telescope: TEC-140 (F7)

Camera: SBIG ST-8300M

Mount: AP900 GTO

HA: 15x20 minutes (unbinned)

Luminance: 18x10 minutes (unbinned)

Red: 9x10 minutes (binned 2x2)

Green: 9x10 minutes (binned 2x2)

Blue: 9x10 minutes (binned 2x2)
