Starland County (Alberta Star Party), Alberta, Canada

NGC 246  and 255 .

Sept 11th, 2010

Orion Starshoot Pro v1 OneShot Color with Orion 190 Mak-Newt Astrograph mounted on EQ6 guided by StarShoot Autoguider on EON 72mm.  Captured and guided by Maxim DL, Processed with PixInsight and Photoshop CS2.

12 subs x 500seconds each + 8 darks.  (Lost 6 subs due to CCD errors and Partly Cloudy conditions)

Actually Happy with the colour Ballance for once, but the shot was a little to low in my south sky, the extra atmosphere really softened this image more than I was hoping it would.  The wide field got NGC 255 in the bottom-left and another Nebulus object in the top left that I haven't been able to identify as of this posting.

Credit and Thanks to the support of the members in the Central Alberta's Astrophotographers Group.
