IC 410 in H-Alpha

IC 410 is a dusty emission nebula about 12,000 light-years away in the constellation Auriga. Energized by the embedded star cluster NGC1893, the nebula is the site of newly formed stars. The "Tadpoles" are streams of material racing away from the central radiation of the star cluster. These structures themselves are likely new star-forming regions.
