Comet Lovejoy December 12, 2013

Finally got around to processing some images from a Dec 12, 2013 0430 hrs observing session. This was an early morning hunt for Comet Lovejoy. Comet showed up best through 20x80 binoculars. It was easy to find, just below Corona Boreaulis and was not far from M13 in Hercules. The 8" Meade LX200 telescope seemed to be looking through the comet whereas the binos showed much more detail.
